Origin and Farming Environment

Tarakan, a small island in North Kalimantan, boasts remarkable natural wealth and an ideal environment for shrimp farming. Traditional ponds in Tarakan rely on natural processes to maintain water quality and shrimp habitats. Black Tiger shrimp from Tarakan thrive in ecosystems rich in natural nutrients, generated through photosynthesis within the ponds. This farming method ensures that shrimp are fed naturally, resulting in a more natural taste and tender texture (Bonanza Pratama Abadi) (PT Sumber Kalimantan Abadi).

The pond is located not far from our factory, which allows us to get fresh produce every day.

Quality Check

We invalve in the manufacturing process and carry out on-site supervision at the factory regularly when a purchase order is being proccessed in order to guarantee the quality comply to the confirmed product spesification.

Raised In Traditional Ponds

Shrimps are havested from pond using shrimp tradtional methods. Net catcher mounted on pond's water gate that let the water flown out of the pond utilizing tidal currents.

All of our products are manufactured to the lates haacp standards.

Raised In A Natural Way

There are two ypes of aquaculture, which are traditional and intensive aquculture, shrimps food are supplied naturally from the pond itself, as a result of phorosynthesis proccess. All of our shrimps are from traditional ponds.
